We Only use Made in the USA Continuous Cast Acrylic (CCA)
The exterior surface is smooth to the touch, yet durable enough to resist stress cracking and easily withstand temperature changes from minus 50 degrees to up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. CCA is a non-porous material which makes it simple to clean and hold its beauty for generations while requiring very little maintenance. Many competitors commonly use OAS plastic and inexpensive composite acrylics that can easily fade over time.
Built to Last a Lifetime
The Shell is the most important part of your spa. If virtually any other component should fail it could easily be replaced. If the Shell fails, most often you need to replace the entire spa.
To Thermoform SpaEase shells we use the most automated technology available today. And once it is formed, multiple layers of fiberglass, resin, and bonding agents are applied to protect your shell in virtually any environment.
